Privacy Policy for Mini Golf Solitaire

This Privacy Policy explains how Mini Golf Solitaire (the “App”), developed by Puzzaholics LLC (“Puzzaholics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in its iOS and iPadOS app.

Your game saves stay on your device. The App does not automatically send us personal information or gameplay data.

1. Information Collected by the App

The App does not automatically collect or send personal information or gameplay data to Puzzaholics or third-party analytics services. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, or third-party crash-reporting tools. It does not create a tracking identifier or access your advertising identifier, location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

You can play without an internet connection. Daily courses are generated on your device from the date; they are not downloaded from a server.

2. Game Saves and Settings

Your scores, daily history, streaks, game statistics, unfinished rounds, elapsed playing time, and preferences such as sound settings are saved locally on your device. The App uses these saves to show your results and resume games. These files are not uploaded to Puzzaholics.

App data may be included in device backups according to your device and iCloud settings. Those backups are handled by you and Apple; Puzzaholics does not have access to them.

3. Sharing Results

When you tap Share, the App prepares text containing your daily course number, score or progress, remaining cards when applicable, and an emoji results grid. It opens the system share sheet, or copies the text to your clipboard if sharing is unavailable.

You choose whether to send the result and where it goes. We do not automatically receive a copy or track whom you share with. An app or service you choose to share with handles the text under its own privacy policy.

4. Apple Services and External Links

Apple may provide diagnostics and app usage information to developers according to your Analytics & Improvements settings. This is handled by Apple separately from the App; the App does not include its own analytics or crash-reporting service.

The App opens the Puzzaholics website or this policy in your browser when you choose those links. Our website uses Firebase Analytics to measure visits. This website activity is separate from playing the App. If you play a browser version on another platform, that platform may also process website usage information under its own privacy policy.

5. Support and Information Sharing

If you contact us for support, we receive the contact information and message you choose to provide and use them to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.

We do not sell your personal information. The App does not send game saves or gameplay data to us to share with others.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not automatically collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support message, contact us so we can address it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or privacy practices change. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
