Privacy Policy for Spinoodle

This Privacy Policy explains how Spinoodle (the “App”), developed by Puzzaholics LLC (“Puzzaholics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information.

In short: Spinoodle does not collect any data.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information, artwork, usage data, analytics, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or any other data from the App. Spinoodle has no user accounts, ads, tracking technologies, third-party analytics, or developer-operated servers.

2. Artwork and App Settings

Your artwork, artwork history, thumbnails, and App preferences are stored locally on your device so the App can save your work and settings. Apple Pencil input, including pressure information, is processed on your device. We cannot access any of this data.

Data stored by the App may be included in device backups according to your Apple device and iCloud settings. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple; Puzzaholics cannot access them.

3. Exporting and Sharing

When you export artwork as an image, video, or GIF, the App creates the file on your device and presents the system share sheet. You choose whether and where to save or share it. We do not receive a copy of the file or information about where you send it.

If you choose to share a file with another app or service, that destination handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Sharing and Selling Information

Because we do not collect information through Spinoodle, we have no App data to share or sell.

5. Children’s Privacy

Spinoodle does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Spinoodle’s features or privacy practices change. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
